PRS crafts the Hollowbody Spruce with solid mahogany rims to produce brilliant acoustic qualities for a thinline hollow electric guitar. The comfortable wide fat mahogany neck has a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard adorned with moon dot inlays.

With the patented PRS/L.R. Baggs Piezo System, you can plug the Hollowbody Spruce guitar into your PA or recording console and your amp at the same time. The Hollowbody Spruce also features PRS Archtop Treble and Bass pickups, specifically designed to work with the PRS Piezo system. The Archtop Treble and Bass humbuckers are clearer, less powerful versions of the PRS McCarty pickups, and are good for many styles of music including jazz and rhythm guitar.

This instrument was originally purchased from a PRS Artist Rep. Like all PRS Artist Rep instruments, it has a small "B" stamped on the back of the headstock next to the serial number. This is normal for guitars that were placed into the Artist Rep pool and does not contain any build flaws.

This example looks, plays, and sounds amazing. On very close inspection, the high gloss finish shows some clear coat wear / worming on the back and a few tiny dings. Overall excellent condition. This is an outstanding instrument. Super light weight. Includes original hard shell case.
