Unlike the Deluxe maple top ASAT model, the “Special Deluxe No Top” features a mahogany body. This provides a more “LP Junior / Special” resonant sustain while still maintaining top end clarity. It also features a set of G&L MFD hi output pickups. The MFD pickups are really versatile and sound great playing nearly any type of music. This example shows a few clear coat scratches and minor play wear. Overall an excellent looking example. 2011 model. Includes its original hard shell case.
