SHIPMENTS IN THE USA

CREDIT CARDS through our "BUY NOW" feature
Credit Cards are accepted through PayPal by using our "BUY NOW" feature listed next to each guitar and pedal.. We only accept credit cards from US residents.  Very important!! When using PayPal you MUST use a confirmed address. You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit card through our " BUY NOW "check out.

SALES TAX:
     All Maryland Residents  6% Sales Tax will be added to the purchase price.


SHIPPING RATES TO THE LOWER 48 STATES:
     Guitars and Basses are a fixed $50.00 per item.
    Pedals are a fixed $10.00 per item.
     
All items are shipped via UPS ground service. 
Shipping price includes full insurance for the value of the item(s).  Insurance claims are the responsibility of the buyer.  
We will email you with tracking numbers so you will know when your purchase will arrive.

RETURNS FOR GUITARS AND BASSES 

We appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied. Due to the high-end nature of your purchase and to retain the quality of the instrument, we allow a 24 hour period for you to inspect, play, and confirm that the instrument is all you expected it to be.

In the event that you are unsatisfied, you may return the guitar for a full refund, less the cost of outbound and return shipping, with the following exceptions:

Requirements to Return a Guitar or Bass

  1. The return must be initiated within 24 hours of receipt. Email us at nsbradley@msn.com to let us know you are returning the guitar.  A return authorization number [ RA# ] is required. 
  1. Guitar must be shipped back by the customer via UPS FULLY INSURED, signature required service, for the purchase value within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  1. The instrument must be returned in the EXACT same condition as it arrived, with all shipping material, packed exactly as sent. 

You are responsible for any damages incurred on the return freight.  We will not take any instrument back, nor issue any refund, if the guitar is not in the same condition as when we originally shipped it out. All instruments are subject to a five percent restocking fee. No returns on sale items or layaways. All sales outside of the USA are final.

Pedal Returns
All pedals are tested before they are shipped. They are guaranteed to be in working condition when they arrive at your door step.  No returns or approval on effects.
